% 20.09.2019 The instant petition has been instituted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying therein for release of the petitioner on parole till the final disposal of his representation by the Sentence Review Board.

Learned ASC has handed over a copy of the Status Report along with 'Copy of Minutes of Meeting' dated 19.07.2019 of the Sentence Review Board and submits that the Board, after considering all the factors, has rejected the plea of premature release of the petitioner. In view of the above facts, the petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed accordingly.
