Present application has been filed for impleadment of Registrar of Cooperative Societies. This Court is of the view that the applicant is a necessary and proper party. Accordingly, the present application is allowed. Amended memo of parties is taken on record.

Present writ petiton has been filed challenging the impugned orders dated 09th February, 2021 and 05th August, 2021 passed in three Execution Cases No.1169/14-15, 36/2014-15 and 524/2015-16 by the learned Assistant Collector, Grade-I, Co-operative Societies, New Delhi. Learned counsel for newly impleaded respondent no.4 states that all three imugned orders have been cancelled/withdrawn. 5.
