This is an application seeking restoration of the present writ petition which was disposed of vide order dated 29.04.2024. 2.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she does not wish to press the present application since the order dated 29.04.2024 specifically records the statement of learned counsel for MCD that the property in question viz. Flat Nos.1882, 1292, 1770, 1768 and 2044, situated at GTB Enclave, Nand Nagri, Delhi-11093 shall be duly inspected and if any illegal/unauthorized construction is found therein, appropriate action in accordance with law shall be taken. 3.

The present application is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh and/or take appropriate remedies, in case the requisite action is not taken by the MCD in terms of the statement recorded in the order dated 29.04.2024.
