The present petition seeks quashing of order dated 09.10.2024, whereby the process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been recorded. 2.

It is submitted that when the parties were referred to Mediation, they were able to resolve all their disputes and the FIR in question has been quashed by this Court on 24.12.2025, while considering CRL.M.C. 9274/2025.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present matter. 4.
