Vide the Order-in-Original dated 22nd April, 2024, the prayer of the petitioner for redemption was rejected which was set aside in appeal vide the order dated 02nd February, 2026.

Revision under Chapter XV of the Customs Act is preferred by the respondents on or about 09th April, 2026, which is pending consideration. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents assures that during the course of the day the copy of the revision preferred by the respondents shall be made available in the PDF form so as to facilitate the appearance of the petitioner in the said revision.

As regards the release of the articles under the appellate order dated 02nd May, 2026 is concerned, in case if the revision is not decided within a period of three months from today we direct the order of the appellate authority be complied forthwith by the respondents.
