% 24.04.2025 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition impugning an assessment order dated 27.03.2025. Mr Vohra, the learned Senior Counsel, who appears for the petitioner, contends that on the admitted findings of facts recorded in the assessment order, the conclusion that is drawn by the Assessing Officer is perverse and unsustainable.

2.

Concededly, the petitioner has a statutory appellate remedy. Thus, we do not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. Pending applications are also disposed of. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. We, however, clarify that all rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
