% 11.01.2017 Rule DB was issued in this matter on 02.08.2002. Despite the matter being shown in the regular board of this Court since 02.01.2017, none has chosen to appear in this matter. None is present even today. Since none appeared for GNCTD and UOI, we had requested Mr.Khan and Mr.Shukla to appear in the matter.

Two petitioners have filed the present writ petition laying challenge to the order dated 23.10.2000 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. The petitioners had approached the Central Administrative Tribunal assailing the order dated 20.01.1996 by which punishment of dismissal from service was imposed on the applicants and the order dated 01.08.1996 by which the appeal was rejected.

None is present on behalf of the petitioners. Resultantly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-appearance and non-prosecution. G.S.SISTANI, J.
