The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 24.04.2019 passed by respondent no. 2 (The Joint Commissioner of Police) cancelling the petitioner's license to operate a restaurant-cum-bar 'M/s My Love Restaurant & Bar' located at the address bearing no.23, Ground Floor and Mezzanine Floor, Panchkuian Road, New Delhi. 3.

It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the Commissioner of Police and comments with regard to the said appeal has been called for by the said appellate authority. He further states that the petitioner's appeal

same would be disposed of within a period of fifteen days from today. 4.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.

The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
