BAIL APPLN. 2341/2020 The applicant vide the present application seeks the extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 16.07.2020 in Bail Application 1132/2020 for a period of six months submitting inter alia to the effect that the applicant's son is still unwell. The State has submitted the verification report dated 25.08.2020 under the signatures of the SHO, PS Vikas Puri verifying the factum of the child of the applicant suffering from acute Pyrexia with acute Abdomen with Hyperemesis with LRTI with Absent Left Kidney with Compensatory Hypertrophy of Right Kidney.
