The present case has been put up on office noting, wherein it has been pointed out that in the Order dated 12.02.2024, the date of Settlement Agreement has been wrongly recorded as 12.02.2024, whereas, the actual date of Settlement Agreement is 01.02.2024.

Accordingly, the Order dated 12.02.2024 is hereby modified to the extent that the date of the Settlement Agreement be read as 01.02.2024. 3.

The present Suit is disposed of being settled vide Settlement Agreement dated 01.02.2024.
