Vide order dated 27.09.2023 read with 05.07.2024, the Court has permitted the petitioners to take All India Bar Examination and onwards enrolment of the petitioners was also made subject to final outcome of the instant petition.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the directions passed by the Court, the petitioners have been enrolled. 3.

Mr. T. Singhdev, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Bar Council of Delhi ('BCD'), submits that vide the judgment dated 02.04.2025, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the High Court of Judicature at Bombay (hereinafter 'the Bombay High Court') has disposed of the pending writ petition bearing no. W. P. (C) 1501/2019, which was filed by Mrs. Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University Law School and hence, this petition can also be disposed of.

The same submission is also made by Mr. Preet Pal Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Bar Council of India ('BCI'). He contends that the BCI is proposing the action as per the liberty granted by the Bombay High Court.

Once the final decision is taken by the BCI, the necessary consequences will have to ensue. If any of the parties, thereafter has any grievance, it shall be entitled to raise the same in accordance with law. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition, along with pending application(s), stands disposed of.

In the meantime, the interim orders passed by this Court shall remain in force.
