The present petition under Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate contempt proceeding against the Contemnors for willfully and deliberately disobeying the judgment/order dated 13.05.2024 of this Hon'ble Court passed in the Writ Petition (Civil) No. 5497 of 2024.

b) Pass any other or further order/s as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the order dated 13.05.2024 passed in W.P.(C) 5497/2024 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the same, he seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
