Matter is placed before this Court on office note for verification of extended bank guarantee.

Mr. Taranjit Singh Kochhar working as Senior Manager with DCB Bank, Karol Bagh Branch is present in Court and his statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee. 3.

Mr. Taranjit Singh Kochhar has stated that the bank extended BG no. INBG07921000165 on 19.12.2024 for a sum of Rs. 8,00,40,599/- (Rupees Eight Crores Forty Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Nine Only) and the same is valid upto 05.07.2025. The same has been issued at the instance of SIMPLEX PROJECTS PVT LTD in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court. He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/DH/9.

The Ex.BG/DH/9is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Decree holder shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted his signed statement for extended bank guarantee along with photocopy of his employee id card physically.
