% 22.11.2024 The solitary grievance which is addressed before us today is a failure on the part of the respondents to conclude the Show Cause Notice ["SCN"] proceedings which had commenced pursuant to the communication dated 10 August 2022.
Although the petitioner has duly responded to the said SCN and filed a reply, the respondents have failed to conclude those proceedings with due expedition.
Mr. Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent, states that subject to due verification of all facts and contention on merits being kept open, the pending SCN proceedings shall be disposed of with due expedition and in any case within a period of two weeks from today.
