W.P.(C) 5667/2020 & CM APPL. 20509/2020 (under Section 151 CPC for stay) During the course of hearing, Mr. Bansal, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation dated 20.02.2020 - which forms part of the PDF at page 34 onwards, the respondent no. 1 - DDA has not
considered on its merits till date and that, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, the petitioner does not press the petition but for a direction being issued for considering and deciding the subject representation dated 20.02.2020 in a time bound manner. Mr. Relan, ld. counsel for the respondent no. 1 - DDA on his part submits that the said representation shall be attended to and responded with the decision taken within six weeks from today.
In view of the foregoing submissions, nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 1 to remain bound by the statement made by its counsel.
