The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a. Pass an order quashing order dated 10.07.2020 passed by Ld. MM05, New Delhi directing registration of FIR; and b. Pass an order directing quashing of the consequent FIR No. 51 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 under sections 420/406 IPC registered at PS: Barakhamba Road and further quash the complaint/proceedings arising out from the said FIR and/or incidental thereto; and/ or c. Pass any order (s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the ends of justice."

Respondent no. 2 appears through video conferencing and on being duly identified by her Counsel, Mr. Harsha Gollamudi; submits that she has no objection, if the present FIR is quashed.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, on instructions of the Investigating Officer, submits that a closure report in the present FIR has been filed before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law before the Court of competent jurisdiction, if so required.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
