Present petition has been filed under section 439 Cr.P.C. requesting inter-alia, for granting of interim bail in pursuance to FIR No.100/2020 dated 09.03.2020 registered at Police Station Neb Sarai for the offences punishable under sections 387/506/34 IPC.

I find no ground to grant interim bail to the petitioner and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
