It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that respondent No.2 has already filed an affidavit on 16.09.2025. 2.

In the said affidavit, respondent No.2 has stated that he is giving up/forgoing all his claims in respect of his employment with DTC/petitioner in the present case and he undertakes that he will not file/claim any other reliefs with respect to his employment with DTC. 3.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 that the amount of Rs.1,48,837/- have already been paid to respondent No.2 by the petitioner in terms of the Order dated 25.07.2025.

In view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.2 and in view of the fact that he has received the amount from the petitioner and has accordingly forgone all his claims against DTC/petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
