After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to urge all the grounds raised in the present petition, before the Trial Court at the stage of arguments on the point of charge.

Needless to say, in case charges are framed against the Petitioner, he shall be at liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies, as available in law.
