BAIL APPLN. 2349/2020 Vide the present application, the applicant had sought the grant of anticipatory bail. However, learned counsel for the applicant submits and it is also borne out through proceedings dated 21.08.2020 in Bail Application No.1758/2020 of the Court of ASJ-07 (POCSO), West, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, as also submitted by the learned APP for the State that there is no FIR registered presently.

In view thereof, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present Bail Application seeking liberty to seek redressal in accordance with law subsequently in the event of any FIR being registered.
