The present Petitions have been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to Respondent No.2 herein by the Trial Court in FIR No.220/2020, registered at Police Station Shaheen Bagh for offences under Sections 308/325/354/452/506/34 IPC.

It is stated that charge-sheet has been filed and the injured witnesses have been examined.

At this juncture, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the present Petition, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petitions.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

5.

The Petitions are disposed of as withdraw, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
