CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE JAYANT NATH
O R D E R
% 26.08.2020 This hearing is conducted through Video Conferencing. CM Nos.20501-20502/2020 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 5664/2020 1.
This writ petition is filed seeking an appropriate direction to grant consequential benefits of the final order dated 25.09.2019 and to inform the affiliating university as well as the Department of Higher Education, Government of Madhya Pradesh regarding the recognised status of petitioner institution.
2.
The case of the petitioner is that on 21.8.2019 the WRC in its meeting directed withdrawal of recognition of the petitioner. Thereafter the petitioner challenged the said withdrawal order dated 21.8.2019 and filed a Writ Petition being WP(C)10438/2019. The writ petition was disposed of on 25.9.2019 whereby the withdrawal order dated 21.08.2019 was quashed.
Direction was given to the WRC to re-examine the matter and to give a fresh personal hearing to the petitioner.
3.
The grievance of the petitioner is that this order of this court dated 25.09.2019 has not been fully complied with though on the website of the respondent the status of the petitioner has been changed but other consequential steps have not been taken.
4.
Let the respondent forthwith inform the concerned affiliating university of the petitioner and the department of Higher Education, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh regarding the recognised status of the petitioner institute. 5.
Needless to add that WRC may deal with the case of the petitioner, as per law and as per the directions of this court dated 25.09.2019. 6.
Nothing further survives in the petition. Petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly. JAYANT NATH, J AUGUST 26, 2020/n
