1. The matter is listed today in pursuance to the application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking early hearing of the main bail application.
2. However, today learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the early hearing application as well as the bail application with liberty to file a fresh bail application before the concerned Court, in view of the fact that the chargesheet has been filed in the present case.
3. Leave and liberty, as prayed, are granted.
4. The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn alongwith pending application.
