1. After arguing for some time, Mr.Babbar, the learned counsel appearing W.P. (C) Nos. 3157/2003, 2260/2004, 8924/2005 & 9183/2006
for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions with liberty to go before the Objection Hearing Authority (OHA) with applications for condonation of delay.
2. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. It is clarified that the applications for condonation of delay filed by the Petitioners will be considered in accordance with law by the OHA keeping in view the time during which the present writ petitions were pending in this Court.
