3. The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks a direction to the learned Tribunal to consider the petitioner's pending prayer for interim relief for grant of pension and other retiral benefits including medical facilities.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the petitioner superannuated from service on 30.07.2023 and as per his information no case criminal or otherwise is pending against him, he is still not being paid his retiral benefits and medical benefits thereby The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. causing him grave hardship in his old age.
5. Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice, submits that the matter is already listed before the Registrar of the learned Tribunal on 29.07.2024 for completion of pleadings.
6. In the light of the aforesaid, since pleadings in the O.A. are yet to be completed, it would be appropriate to grant an opportunity to the petitioner to move a separate application before the learned Tribunal so that the learned Tribunal can consider his prayer for interim relief expeditiously.
7. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner that if any such application is moved, the same will be considered by the learned Tribunal expeditiously.
