% 24.12.2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. Savitri, the appellant herein states that, he has instructions to not to press this appeal any further, in view of an amicable settlement arrived at between the parties, as enshrined in settlement decree dated 29.05.2019, wherein they have agreed to withdraw all the pending cases.

However, it is observed that, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Pradeep Kumar, the respondent No.2, has undertaken that the latter will not interfere in the life of Ms. Savitri, his ex-wife, in any manner, whatsoever.

CRL.A. 637/2019

Directed accordingly.

The appeal is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of accordingly.
