The present petition raises a larger issue as regards violation of the Rules of Legal Education, 2008 by the Choudhary Charan Singh University. 2.

Considering the nature of the issue raised, after some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a PIL on the same grounds.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
