The matter has been put up on office note, as the petitioners have failed to file the proof of deposit with the Registry. 2.

Vide order dated 07.03.2024, the present petition was allowed and the complaint proceedings bearing Nos.33493/2016 and 33494/2016 were quashed, subject to payment of cost of Rs.5 lacs with the Delhi State Legal Services Authority within a period of four weeks. The said cost has not been deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to deposit the aforesaid cost today itself.
