Considering that the affidavit of undertaking has been filed in terms of last order dated 27.11.2025, nothing remains in the present petition. 2.

Accordingly, in view of order dated 27.11.2025 as also in view of the affidavit of undertaking being filed, the present petition is disposed of. 3.

Needless to say, the tenant shall remain bound by terms contained therein, especially, considering that the electricity connection is still running in the name of the tenant, the tenant shall always co-operate with the landlords for getting the same transferred in the name of the landlord(s).
