% 06.07.2017 A perusal of the record indicates that none has put in appearance on 17.11.2005, 9.1.2014, 15.1.2014 and 5.2.2016 when the petition was listed for hearing.

A perusal of the record, however, indicates that the petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 6.5.2005. The matter is indicated to have been taken up on CM No. 9730/2005 filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking release of an amount which application was also disposed of on 10.8.2005. The petition having been disposed of on 6.5.2005 and subsequent CM No.9730/2005 having been disposed of on 10.8.2005, there was no occasion for the petition having been listed on 17.11.2005, 9.1.2014, 15.1.2014 and 5.2.2016 nor today. The (Listing) Branch is directed to be careful in future. No further orders are necessitated in view of the petition having been disposed of on 6.5.2005.
