By way of the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner prays for the following reliefs:

"i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the DG BSF to release benefits of ex-gratia compensation in favour of the petitioner as stipulated under Office Memorandum dated 21.04.2011 and Office Memorandum dated 07.06.2017 copy distributed to DG of all the CAPF's Departments issued by the Respondent No. 1 i.e. MHA along with 9% interest from the date of disability, IN THE LIGHT OF THE JUDGEMENT PASSED BY THE HON'BLE DELHI HIGH COURT DATED 10.12.2025 IN W.P (C) NO. 4042/2025, TITLED KALU RAM VS. UNION OF INDIA & ORS. AND IN THE LIGHT OF THE JUDGEMENT PASSED BY THE HON'BLE DELHI HIGH COURT DATED 16.12.2025 IN W.P.(C) NO.

16453/2023 TITLED SHATRUGHANA PINGUA VS. UNION OF INDIA & ORS;" 2.

Admittedly, the Petitioner has not filed any representation before filing the present Writ Petition. In similar type of Writ Petitions, on earlier occasions, this Court had directed the Respondents to treat the Writ Petition as a representation on behalf of the Petitioner and decide the same expeditiously.
