Applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 001/2025 dated 01.01.2025 registered at PS Special Cell (Delhi) for commission of offence under Section 318(4)/ 319(2)/61(2) BNS.

However, learned APP for State, on instructions from IO, submits that the FIR in which the applicant seeks anticipatory bail bears different number i.e. FIR No. is 001/2025 registered at PS Cyber Outer North dated 20.05.2025. 3.

She acknowledges the fact that when the notice was issued to the applicant, due to some oversight, incorrect FIR has been mentioned. 4.

The correct copy of the FIR has been placed on record and a spare copy, thereof, has also been provided to learned counsel for applicant. 5.

Learned counsel for applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present application to file it afresh after perusal of copy of FIR which has been made available to him today.

Application is disposed of, as not pressed.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
