As many as ten (10) Petitioners, who are presently working as Inspectors in the Central Armed Police Forces ['CAPFs'], pray for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to declare the results of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination ['LDCE'] for the years 2024 and 2025. It is the contention of the Petitioners that although the selection process was completed in October 2025, the results have not yet been declared.

Petition against the judgment dated 10.12.2025 passed by a Predecessor Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 8304/2025 and connected matters, captioned Raghvendra Singh & Anr. vs. Union Public Service Commission & Anr.

Admittedly, there is no order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court restraining the declaration of the results of the LDCE. Accordingly, the Respondents are directed to declare the results within a period of eight (08) weeks, subject to any further orders that may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, the present Writ Petition is disposed of.
