% 11.08.2016 Counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record the minutes of proceedings dated 18.07.2016. Submission is that a meeting of the Board of Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB) had been held wherein the Board has resolved that the policy for transfer of tenancy rights and all issues regarding CF properties to be considered

on par at public allotment etc will be formulated at the earliest in terms of Board Meeting of dated 18.07.2016 and in terms of the resolution of 27 of the DCB. Orally it has been informed to the Court that a period of minimum of 3 months is required to formulate the said policy and the cases of all 100 representations now pending before the DCB shall be decided without any discrimination which would include issues relating to transfer of tenancy rights. Needless to state that if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order passed by the competent authority he is at liberty to approach the Court.

Petition disposed of.
