The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to respondent nos. 1 and 2 to take action against the person, who has hatched a conspiracy in collusion with some other persons, to register FIR No. 0074/2019 under Sections 420/406/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at PS Economic Offences Wing, Delhi and further, to quash said FIR.

Learned APP appearing for the State submits that the cancellation report has already been filed on the statement recorded by the petitioner that he had not preferred the said FIR. It is also pointed out that the said FIR was transferred from the Crime Branch and thereafter, notices were issued to the

petitioner.

Since the report has already been submitted for cancellation of the FIR, no further orders are required to be passed for quashing of the same. 4.

Insofar as the allegation of a conspiracy to register the FIR is concerned, this Court does not consider it apposite to pass any directions in this regard. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J SEPTEMBER 03, 2019 pkv
