Learned counsel for the tenant submits that the vacant, peaceful and physical possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the landlord on 30.04.2025.

As such, the present petition in view of N.C. Daga vs. Inder Mohan Singh Rana [2003(1) SCC 453] and Vinod Kumar Verma vs. Manmohan Verma & Anr. [Civil Appeal Nos.5220-5221 of 2008, order dated 19.08.2008] has become infructuous as nothing remain therein. 3.

Therefore, the present petition, alongwith the pending application, stand disposed of.
