The present petition under Section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeks the following prayers:- "In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned order dated 03.12.2024, passed by Ms. Arjinder Kaur, ARC-02, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, in the case No. ARC 666/2018 (E154/24/18), titled as "Om Parkash Kalra Vs. Randhir Singh, in the interest of justice.

Any other or further order (s) which this Hon'ble Court deem fit, just and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner and against the Respondent, in the interest of justice." 3.
