The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 333/2025 dated 11.09.2025, registered at Police Station R.K. Puram, District South-West, Delhi, under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states, upon instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in Court, that, although the present petitioners were named as accused in the FIR, the final report has since been filed, in which none of them have been chargesheeted, and have only been cited as witnesses. In view of the above, Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw this petition, without prejudice to the petitioners' right to approach the Court on the same cause of action, in the event of any change in circumstances. 4.

The petition, alongwith pending applications, is disposed of with these observations.
