By way of present application, the applicant/petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.

It is submitted that the Settlement dated 15.05.2024 in Civil Suit No. 213/2019 has been arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent No. 5 herein vide which it has been agreed the parties shall withdraw their respective suits. Therefore, the prayer is made that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition in view of the Settlement dated 15.05.2024.

Learned counsels for respondent Nos. 2 and 4 endorse the Settlement dated 15.05.2024 and submit that they have no objection to the withdrawal of the present petition.
