The learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the loan account which resulted in the filing of the complaint, that is, Complaint Case No. 6335/2019 titled M/s Axis Bank Ltd. v. Abhishek Gupta has been settled. He submits that, in fact, he has instructions to withdraw the said complaint which will be withdrawn on the next date of hearing before the learned Trial Court.

Based on the above submission of the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to revive the same, in case any such necessity arises.

The petition as well as the pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
