% 17.05.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks direction as under:- "Issue an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ and to direct the respondents that petitioners be absorbed in Directorate of Education, Govt. of NCTD and further be accorded seniority from the date of initial appointment (in respect of order dated 14.07.2014 & 31.12.2014 as petitioners fulfils all the conditions laid down in order dated 14.07.2014) to the post on which the applicant is rendering services in school [situated in DESU residential Colony at Tripolia, Janakpuri & Saria Kale Khan (Vidyut Vihar)] and further the applicant be given a regular salary with all arrears and service benefits including ACP/MACP schemes and annual increment with all other service benefits available to regular employees of GNCTD working on the corresponding post to the post of applicant with all consequential benefits including seniority & promotion and pay &
allowances."
For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioners have already made representations on various dates, however, the respondents have not taken any decision thereto.
Keeping in view the reasons stated in the present petition and the submissions of the counsel for the petitioners, I hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to treat the present petition as representation of the petitioners and take a final decision within four weeks from the receipt of this order.
Decision so taken shall be conveyed to the petitioners in writing and if the petitioners are still aggrieved, they can challenge the same before the appropriate Forum.
