This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking following reliefs:

"a) Pass an order directing consolidation of all pending proceedings pending before different Metropolitan Magistrates at Dwarka Court, Dwarka, New Delhi (as detailed in ANNEXURE-P1); b) Pass an order for calling of all records of the pending proceedings before this Hon'ble Court;

c) Pass an interim order in the nature of Writ of Certiorari or an order or direction for stay of all pending proceedings as initiated by the Respondent No.2 against the petitioner before the Metropolitan Magistrates at Dwarka, New Delhi;

d) Pass a Writ of Certiorari and/or prohibition and/or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari and/or prohibition directing the Respondent Bank to not to further misuse ECS mandate given by the Petitioner for recovery of its alleged dues;

e) A Writ in nature of Prohibition and/ or Certiorari thereby directing the Respondent Bank not to take any further steps against the Petitioner for recovery if its alleged dues during pendency of this present Writ; f) Pass an order thereby quashing all the pending proceeding and Pass a Writ of certiorari or prohibition or a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and / or prohibition and/or any other appropriate writ, directing to quash the proceeding filed by the Respondent No.2 against the Petitioner being detailed under ANNEXURE - P1."

Mr. Rajat Katyal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2/Bajaj Finance Limited, complainant before the Trial Court, states that the bank account against the Petitioner has been settled and closed and the bank will be withdrawing its complaint before the learned Trial Court as the payment has been made by Respondents No.3 to 5 builders. 3.

Statement of learned counsel for Respondent No.2 is taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in this petition.

Present petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous and is accordingly disposed of along with pending applications.
