% 20.09.2016 The statement of the petitioner has been recorded. He has undertaken to this court to vacate the concerned property and hand over vacant and physical possession of the same to the respondent within one year from today i.e. on or 20.09.2017. Other undertakings have also been given. The undertaking given by the petitioner is accepted and taken on record. The petitioner shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent shall not execute the eviction order till 20.09.2017. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that a security deposit of Rs.24,000/- was paid by the petiti\oner to the respondent. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the said sum of Rs.24,000/- would be refunded to the petitioner when he hands over vacant physical possession of the property to the respondent and also, shows the proof of having paid all electricity and water charges. RC.REV.220/2016 Dated: 20.09.2016 Statement of Sh. Nazir Khan s/o Sh.Chhidda Khan r/o Private Shop No.2, the part of Premises No.7, Old Anarkali Extension, Delhi110051on SA. I undertake to vacate the premises in question being Shop No. 2, Premises No.7, Old Anarkali Extension, Delhi as per the site plan attached to the petition and hand over vacant and physical possession of the property to the respondent within one year from today i.e. on or before 20.09.2017. I also undertake to pay all electricity and water dues for period of my occupation. I shall also pay the agreed rent to the respondent. I undertake not to cause any wilful damage to the property or induct any third person into the premises.
