The case of the petitioner appears to be that it has settled disputes with the three secured creditors; State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank and Oriental Bank of Commerce. There are stray pleadings in the writ petition to said effect without any material particulars of the settlement. The material particulars to be pleaded should be the amount offered under one time settlement as accepted by the banks and payments made pursuant thereto. Documents in support need to be filed. W.P.(C) 2196/2016

Lest the writ petition suffers a dismissal on account of lack of pleadings counsel seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with right reserved to file a fresh petition on the same cause. 3.
Granting liberty as prayed for the instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
