The present petitions have been filed, challenging the Order dated 08.08.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, "Tribunal"), in O.A. No. 1037/2019, titled A.K. Shukla v. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan & Anr.; and the Order dated 02.05.2024 passed by the learned Tribunal in O.A. No. 3280/2018, titled Hoshiar Singh & Ors. v.
