% 23.03.2017 It is submitted that the disputes have been settled between the petitioners and the respondent no. 2, inasmuch as settled amount has already been paid to the respondent no. 2. Counsel for the respondent no. 2 admits this fact.
He says that respondent no. 2 has no objection in case FIR is quashed.
Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners, FIR No. 3385/2015 under Section 135 of the Indian Electricity Act (Amended), 2003 registered at Police Station Mehrauli, which is at the investigation
stage, is quashed.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
