W.P.(C) 661/2017 & C.M,No.3097/2017 (stay) Petitioner is aggrieved by certain illegal construction which is being permitted to respondent no.2 in property bearing No.6063, Main Road, Nayan Bans, Delhi. It is stated that this is against all the bye laws of the Corporation.

On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1/North DMC has put in appearance. His submission is that action qua the illegal activities on the third floor and the both room/toilet on the third floor have been demolished on 28.12.2016. On the first floor and the

second floor there is some plastering work which is not actionable. His additional submission is that if any further illegal construction is noted in the said property the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law. This statement of the respondent no.1 is taken on record. It is hoped and expected that the commitment made to this Court shall be honoured in true letter and spirit.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
