Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the Order dated 09.03.2022, passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in CT Case No.1636/2018, dismissing the application of the Petitioner for attachment of the property of the accused and appointment of receiver for taking up the property of the accused.

The Petitioner, who appears in person, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition on the ground that he has entered into a settlement with the private Respondents.

Permission, as sought for, is granted.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.
