However, we make it clear that the warehouse charges, to the extent of the period from which the Order in Original was passed, are required to be waived, as there was no fault on the part of the petitioner, nor can the petitioner be blamed for the delayed compliance, as it was the failure of the respondent to comply with the order.

We make it clear that the waiver shall be subject to the outcome of the revision.
