The petition in question was disposed of by this Court vide judgment dated 21.05.2026 and, while disposing of the matter, the concerned Joint Commissioner (Licensing) was requested to consider the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within eight weeks. 2.

Present application has been filed seeking correction/modification in para 2 of abovesaid judgment which reads as under:- "2. He also prays that the respondents may also be directed to process his request for arm license and allow the same without any further delay. According to him, he has already moved an application to the abovesaid effect which is registered as application No.ARML2025070194."

application number as Application No.ARML2025070194 whereas the exact application number is Application No.ARML2025100086. While referring to Annexure P-6, learned counsel for the petitioner apologises for mentioning wrong number of the application in the prayer clause. 4.

The application is allowed and para 2 of the abovesaid judgment dated 21.05.2026 would read as under:- "2. He also prays that the respondents may also be directed to process his request for arm license and allow the same without any further delay. According to him, he has already moved an application to the abovesaid effect which is registered as application No. ARML2025100086 dated 08.10.2025"
